Founder: Munsoo KwonYear established: 2011Known for: Tailored menswear filtered through the lens of youth cultureFall 2016 inspiration: For his Remind Rewind collection, designer Kwon pulled inspiration from the “renaissance of K-pop”: padded pin-striped suits and wool duffle coats once worn by college students in the ’90s alongside oversize aubergine bombers in leather and tweed. A series of logo cashmere turtlenecks came emblazoned with the word Oppa in English and Hangul, a playful nod to the idol culture that continues to dominate Korea today.Sold at: HBX, mskn2nd.com

Designer: Munsoo KwonYear established: 2011Known for: Tailored menswear filtered through the lens of youth cultureSpring 2017: Inspired by his fondness for San Francisco, where he studied fashion in the early aughts, Munsoo Kwon revealed a ’60s Haight-Ashbury–inflected lineup. A pinstripe blazer was closed with a hippie’s guitar strap, while “Peace Is Cheaper” came graffitied on the backs of leather jackets. For the finale, models quite literally wore flowers in their hair, as Scott McKenzie’s countercultural anthem, “San Francisco,” played on the soundtrack.Stocked at: Atrium New York
